Security and privacy
This page describes how this website handles your data. It describes only what is true today — not what we intend to do.
The E-Klar application is not available yet. This page therefore covers only this website and the launch-notification sign-up.
How we work
Data minimisation
For launch updates we collect your first name and your email address. Nothing else. No company details, no phone number, no questions about your invoice volume.
Double opt-in confirmation
After you sign up we send one email asking you to confirm. You are only added to the launch notification once you click the link. Without that confirmation you receive no further email from us.
Statistics only with your consent
No analytics tool loads before you consent — it isn't blocked, it simply isn't added to the page. You can change your choice at any time.
No personal data in analytics
Names and email addresses are technically prevented from reaching our analytics. Form entries are never sent to analytics tools.
Form protection against abuse
Form protection is used solely to prevent abuse. E-Klar does not use it for advertising or analytics tracking. We do not request Turnstile pre-clearance, and we set no cookies of our own for form protection.
Application logs
Application logs do not contain full form submissions, DOI confirmation links, or confirmation tokens. This covers the logs E-Klar itself writes; logs kept by hosting and email providers are described in the privacy policy.
What we don't do
- No advertising pixels and no retargeting
- No session recording and no heatmaps
- No fingerprinting
- No sharing or selling of your data for advertising
- No IP-based location lookup to choose your language
No claimed certifications
This website lists no security or privacy certifications and no trust seals. If E-Klar obtains a certification in future, we will name it then — and only if it genuinely exists.
Reporting a security issue
If you notice a vulnerability, please write to us. We follow up on every report.
The privacy policy sets out which data we process, for what purpose, and which service providers are involved.
