2. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data only as necessary to provide and secure the website, handle enquiries, deliver the launch notification you request, protect forms from abuse, and -- only with your consent -- measure website usage. 4. Contact and launch notification
If you contact us or register for the E-Klar launch notification, we process the data you provide. Launch registrations use double opt-in: we send a confirmation email and only treat the registration as confirmed after the confirmation link is used. Optional marketing consent is collected separately.

If you consent to Statistics, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited. These tools are loaded only after consent. We do not send names, email addresses or invoice data to Google Analytics. Google Signals, User-ID, personalised advertising features and Google Ads linking are disabled. GA4 user/event retention is configured to 14 months.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Depending on the active feature, recipients may include hosting, database, email, security and analytics service providers. 9. Retention and rights
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose or statutory obligations. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent under the GDPR. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
